My research focuses on developing machine learning methods to analyse high-throughput, multimodal biological data, particularly integrating spatial omics and histology images. I aim to understand how tissue organisation and cellular interactions drive disease, with applications in areas such as cancer and biomarker discovery.
Methodologically, I work on deep learning and probabilistic models for multimodal integration and prediction. My goal is to build robust, interpretable tools that enable better understanding of complex biological systems and support translational research.
